100% of undesignated donations go directly toward funding SDO Multan's active programs: education, healthcare, food aid, women's empowerment, and emergency relief. Administrative costs are covered separately through grants and partnerships wherever possible.
All online donations are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. SDO Multan never sees or stores your full card number.
If you select a specific project when donating, your contribution will be allocated to that project. If a project becomes fully funded or is discontinued, SDO Multan reserves the right to redirect remaining designated funds to a similar program.
Monthly recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at sdopakistan@yahoo.com or through your Stripe receipt management link.
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), please contact us within 14 days at +92-313-6343703 or sdopakistan@yahoo.com, and we will review your request in good faith.
A donation receipt will be emailed automatically after successful payment. Please consult your local tax advisor regarding deductibility, as this varies by country and jurisdiction.
